Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Suntime. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Physical Products (Candles & Accessories)

  • Returns: You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unlit, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exemptions: Custom-made or personalised candles cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Workshops

  • Cancellations: We offer a full refund if you cancel your workshop booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your workshop at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No-shows: Refunds will not be provided for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

Damages and Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Since candles are fragile, please provide a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
